Important Notes

  • By placing an order, you agree to follow proper acclimation procedures to ensure the health of your fish.

  • All sales are final, except in cases that meet our DOA refund requirements.

  • We are committed to working with our customers to provide healthy, high-quality African Cichlid Peacocks and to support you in building a thriving aquarium.

At Paradise Peacocks, we take pride in ensuring your fish arrive healthy, vibrant, and well-cared for. Please review our shipping and refund policies carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

  • Minimum Order: All live fish orders require a minimum purchase of 5 fish.

  • Packaging: Fish are carefully packaged in individual bags with clean water, a dechlorinating pad, and filled with pure oxygen. The bags are placed in an insulated styrofoam box with a cardboard exterior to ensure safe transport.

  • Shipping Cost: Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination zip code. Final costs will be provided at checkout.

  • Weather Considerations: We monitor weather conditions to minimize stress during transit. During extreme temperatures, shipments may be delayed to protect the health of the fish.

 

Refund Policy

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): If any fish arrive deceased, we will reimburse the cost of the fish only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Photo Requirement: To qualify for reimbursement, you must provide a clear photo of the DOA fish inside the unopened shipping bag within 2 hours of delivery confirmation.

  • Exclusions: We do not offer refunds for fish that perish after arrival due to improper acclimation, unsuitable tank conditions, or care practices outside our control.
